This month we speak to Taresa Sparks, one of our Senior Consultants. Originally from Lenore, West Virginia, Taresa finished high school & went to college in Baltimore, Maryland. A few years after college, She moved to North Carolina where she still resides. Before she joined the team here at Fourlane, Taresa had her own accounting business serving local small to mid-sized businesses. She joined Fourlane in June 2020.
What you like about working for Fourlane:
I love the culture at Fourlane. It provides me with opportunities for growth within the company while I feel completely supported & heard. There are many chances for gaining knowledge & learning from the experiences of the other people on the Services team.
What would you want people to know about us?

What motivates you to come to work every day?
I am excited to come to work every day, because I know that I am going to learn something new. I also know that I will be given an opportunity to not only provide support to my clients, but also to the amazing Services Team here at Fourlane. It is a huge motivation to feel valued & supported.
