Acumatica ERP pricing lets you add casual users, suppliers, and customers without paying for additional licenses. The cost to you is based on the features and resources that you use, not the number of users who access the system. The price is determined by three factors:

  • What applications do you want to use?
  • What type of license are you considering: SaaS Subscription, Private Cloud Subscription, or Private Perpetual License?
  • What is your projected level of consumption based on the volume of your business transactions and data storage?

Acumatica Manufacturing Features

Document the entire process using detailed work instructions and standard note capability for each process step. Define which work centers or machines to use, times for processing or setup, and other labor operation details.

Allows for components on Bills of Material to be displayed where they are used on a single-level or multi-level basis.

Use phantom items to simplify structure maintenance for related groups of parts and materials to multiple products. If you create a planning bill of material, your planning and production teams can “skip over” phantoms to plan and allocate components.

Relate BOM component parts to the drawing’s part numbers to avoid confusion and duplicate entry in the bill of material.

Streamline field management and ensure everyone is looking at the same information, from subcontractor updates, job site visitors, issue and change tracking, and even job site weather updates. Collaborate with project managers from the field with mobile entry of units installed or used during project tasks for improved planning, progress tracking, scheduling, and billing.

Use flexible cost roll for a single-level or multi-level BOM, by item or site. Costs of the lower-level item will “roll” into the costs of the higher-level items. In a standard cost operation, costs will update the pending standard cost for each item in inventory.

Maintain a complete revision history of BOM/routing. Save and view multiple revisions – past, present, and future – as well as the reason for the revision.

Maintain full lot and serial traceability throughout the item’s lifecycle. Capture lot and serial numbers at purchase receipt, inventory issues, and shop activity transactions. Create and preassign lot and serial numbers for finished goods using configurable number masking. Optionally enforce finished good lot and serial selection when issuing lot or serial controlled components and raw materials to production to retain one-to-one traceability for multi-quantity production runs. A lot and serial allocation screen is provided for after-the-fact matching of component lot and serial numbers with finished goods lot and serial numbers.

Capture direct production labor to production orders by employee. Enter and track non-production time using indirect codes.

Eliminate reporting by backflushing labor or material when reporting the production quantity completed, useful when a company only wishes to record the production quantity.

Issue stock and non-stock materials and parts to a production order. Capture lot and serial numbers on controlled items.

Monitor and manage performance with detailed reports, including actual vs. standard/planned costs with labor, material, machine, tool, fixed, and variable overhead details. Reports summary current work in process (WIP) costs and total job costs by production order.

Trace all production activities (events) against a production order including description, date and time, and the ID of the user.

Manufacture to prior or alternate bills of material revisions, substitute operations, and materials as desired.

Monitor production in real-time with production manager and production meeting dashboards for insights into work center utilization, work queues, order status, past due operations, late orders and operations, and work in process (WIP).

Manage international manufacturing production costs with multiple base currencies for flexible and accurate financial reporting.

Drive your plan and your plant from the Master Production Schedule (MPS). This MRP ERP system plans all requirements based upon MPS. The MPS will be treated as a pre-planned production order and will act as a supply for other demand requirements.

Develop forecasts to drive the master schedule from sales history and/or manual entry.
