Community and compassion are important to us and part of our company’s core values
Support for the children
Hope Totes provides children in emergency shelters, safe houses and children in the foster care system with a tote full of new clothing, socks, underwear, pajamas and a toiletries. Children ages six and under also receive a hand made blanket. The tote is re-usable as a school bag or bag to store their belongings.
On Give Back Days, we split into 2 groups…the artists and the bag stuffers. The “artists” decorate all of the tote bags. The bag stuffers write the notes to the children and then create an assembly line. We fill each bag with clothes, toiletries, blankets, for the boys and girls.
Give back days with Hope Totes
Twice a year, Fourlane, Inc. participates in Give Back events to help our community.
This spring, we wrote over 200+ letters to Hope Totes and the children at Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin, Texas to bring a smile to their faces and show them that we care.
These opportunities give our team a chance to work together and connect with our community, even as a remote workforce spread across the country.
Giving back as a team
Our CORE values as a company spill over into helping our community and the world be a better place. Leading from a place of compassion we value:
- Doing things better
- Authentic communication
- Driven by metrics
- G.A.S (giving a $#!t).
Giving back is important to our company and we lend a hand where we see an opportunity
