Debi Lively, Controller at Fourlane, has been keeping the company’s financial engine running for more than a decade. She joined the team in 2013 as an internal bookkeeper and and stepped into the Controller role in 2023, and in that time she’s watched Fourlane grow from a small consulting shop into the nation’s #1 QuickBooks Solution Provider.

Debi oversees Fourlane’s accounting operations, from month-end close and financial reporting to billing, reconciliation, and internal controls. Having built many of those processes herself, she brings a rare kind of institutional memory to the role: she knows not just how things work, but why they were built that way and where they can be improved. Colleagues across the company rely on her for clear answers and numbers they can trust.

When she’s not working, Debi heads for the Hill Country around San Antonio, where the quiet of the back roads is where most of her photographs happen – she’s turned that into a small side business selling her work. She’s also a dedicated antiquer and thrift store treasure hunter. At home, three dogs and a cat keep her company whether she’s at her desk or lounging around the house, each with a quirky personality all its own.
