Frank Piet

Frank is a seasoned finance and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience leading finance, operations, sales, and technology teams across different industries including software, e-commerce, healthcare technology, and construction. He has served as a COO, President, CFO, and EOS Integrator, guiding organizations through explosive growth, ERP implementations, and complex turnarounds – consistently adding and retaining millions of dollars to the bottom line. Frank’s strength is bringing structure where there isn’t any: standardizing accounting across multiple entities, building forecasting and cash-flow discipline, aligning sales strategy with revenue goals, and top-grading teams to expand capacity without expanding headcount. A motivational leader and coach at heart, he is at his best energizing people toward higher levels of performance and helping business owners see their numbers clearly enough to make faster, smarter decisions.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Frank is deeply involved at his church, where he serves in operations, plays as a worship musician, and runs sound as an audio engineer – a combination of the technical and the people-focus that mirrors how he leads at work. He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 34 years, and together they support and celebrate their two daughters, Megan and Shelby. The Piets are also thoroughly “owned” by two double-rescue cats, originally rescued by their daughters and later rescued from their daughters by Frank and Jennifer.
