Jena Mednis

Jena Mednis is a seasoned consultant and leader who has built her career at the company since joining in 2011. She began as a part-time data entry specialist while pursuing a college degree. Upon graduating in 2016, Jena transitioned to a full-time role as an order processor, where she quickly demonstrated her talent for problem-solving and process optimization.

In 2017, she joined the Services team as a Junior Consultant, marking the start of her consulting career. Over the years, Jena advanced through increasingly senior roles—Senior Consultant, Technical Services Manager, and ultimately Junior Partner. Her career reflects not only her technical expertise but also her commitment to client success, team leadership, and long-term growth within the organization.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jena is a passionate sports enthusiast who follows both collegiate and professional athletics. A former sand volleyball player in adult leagues, she brings the same energy and teamwork she values in sports into her professional life. She is also an avid music lover with eclectic taste, a self-proclaimed craft beer explorer who enjoys discovering Austin’s vibrant local scene, and a devoted fan of all things cheese. Whether out on the water enjoying Texas’ sunny weather or on the dance floor matching rhythm to her favorite tunes, Jena’s zest for life and curiosity mirror the dedication and passion she brings to her work.
