You might wonder why, a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and business process consultant, write about customer trust? Because I know it is the key to a successful business. I’ve boiled down the formula for trust to three things:

  • Service. Do you know anyone who sticks with a company when they have gotten poor service? Me either. Good service is the cost of doing business.
  • Consistency. Treating customers the same, regardless of who they are, and ensuring employees does the same thing goes a long way to improving service.
  • Transparency. Be honest. Be upfront. With everyone you work with.
