In my last blog post, I talked about how core values help drive our work, so beginning with this post, I want to take a deep dive into each of these.
Developing our first core value was pretty simple. We know we want to leverage the Fourlane’s reputation as a powerful solutions provider, but what did that mean and how would we measure it?
It boils down to the fact that we want to bring value to every company we work with, 100% of the time. We want to ensure our customers find the solutions we provide valuable.
To measure this, our team is following up with both software and services clients:
- Larger software clients will receive a link to a survey to measure Fourlane’s value.
- Services clients will receive a call from our management two weeks after the end of the project to help us determine Fourlane’s value.
It is important to note that these are organizational goals, not individual goals. We want our entire team to provide value.
