How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log into your account. Under “My Subscriptions”, click the Cancel button.

How do I change my password or email address?
First, log into your account. Then under the account drop-down menu, click the Edit Account Info link.

How do I change my monthly membership to an annual membership?
First, log into your account and cancel your monthly subscription. Then sign up for a new annual subscription.

Are the training courses hands-on?
Yes. If you have QuickBooks installed on your computer, you can pause the class and switch to QuickBooks to practice hands-on with your company file or with a sample company file.

Which version of QuickBooks do you teach? Do I need to have the most current edition?
Our training applies to QuickBooks Desktop software (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, etc.). Don’t worry if you have a different version. Older versions work basically the same way.

Can I view your online training from any computer?
Any computer with an Internet connection can be used.

If I register for a membership, will my credit card get charged automatically at the end of each pay period?
If you sign up for a monthly or annual membership, your subscription will renew automatically. Customers are welcome to cancel their recurring subscription at anytime.

What do I need to access your online training?
You need a computer with a flash-enabled browser, high-speed Internet, and computer speakers or headphones. If you can view videos on sites like YouTube or Vimeo, then you can view our videos.

Will your videos work with Mac computers?
All of our courses are compatible with both Windows (PC) and Mac computers.

How do I get the Flash software required to watch your training videos?

How do I view the videos on my iPad?
If the videos are not playing on your iPad, and you are only getting a black screen, please follow these steps:
Click on the Settings icon on the homepage of your iPad. The settings icon is the icon that looks like gears turning.
On the left side, click on “Safari”.
On the right side, ensure “Private Browsing” is set to “Off”.

Do you offer closed captioning?
Currently, we do not offer closed captioning. Closed captioning is an assistive technology that presents spoken words and sounds as a text track, or “captions”. The term “closed” means that not all viewers see the captions automatically; closed captions must be activated or enabled. If you’ve ever watched a foreign film with subtitles, closed captions are quite similar – the main difference being that the text shown on screen is the same language that is being spoken.
