QuickBooks Enterprise 13.0 R5 Bug – Country Field on Customer Card

We discovered a bug in in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 13.0. We thought that it had to do with certain countries, but it seems QuickBooks has an issue with the letter “K” in the Country box. QuickBooks will move your data from the Country/Region into the Notes section on the Customer card if the Country has a “K” in the name.

Below is an example of the original info entered:


This shows up after you save and go back into the customer card.


Notice that the State/Province section is blank, and the country “Korea” moved to the “Note” field. Minh additionally noted that no matter how many ways you change the address and save it, the data will always be moved around. Have you noticed any QBES bugs?
