Always Be Consistent

Our final core value, for now, comes full circle. We began this process to create a better-aligned organization or consistency.

Being consistent means treating people the same regardless of who they are. This builds trust between our employees, vendors and clients because they know what to expect.

How we are getting there:

  • Processes. We have great processes and people in place. These processes ensure we deliver consistent service. Our new Wiki, mentioned in my previous post, centralizes information for current and new employees, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  • Communication. Whether via email, phone or this blog post, we are on-message with one another and our clients. Relying on the core values helps us maintain that message.
  • Measurement. Putting measurement in place improves our performance and ensures our organization is working optimally. More on that in my next post.
