Save time reconciling your AMEX expenses through the new ReceiptMatch and Sync QuickBooks Integration–available in QuickBooks Online (Harmony only) and QuickBooks Desktop.
Here’s how they work:
- Sync with QuickBooks allow card holders and Authorized Account Managers to create a link to QuickBooks, categorize transactions using imported QuickBooks categories, and send transaction data to QuickBooks. Employee Card Members can also categorize transactions using imported QuickBooks categories.
- ReceiptMatch℠ allows you to take a picture of a receipt and match that receipt to a transaction made with your AMEX card. You can then label the transaction with your QuickBooks categories and send the transaction data directly to your QuickBooks company file.
- This is a free service offered by American Express for their OPEN® Business Card customers.
ReceiptMatch and Synch with QuickBooks are two separate business tools created to work together. They are available with Business Cards from American Express OPEN.
