The people behind Fourlane are what keep us growing each and every year. With our Quick Round Spotlight, we give you a glimpse at those we have behind the scenes at our fully remote company.
In our inaugural blog post, we shine a light on one of our most ambitious and talented Fourlane members. This week, we introduce Fourlane’s Senior Key Account Manager and Sales Team Lead, Chelsea Enos. Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, Chelsea made her way to Austin, Texas in 2009 and joined Fourlane in January 2018. Her talent and expertise have helped Fourlane grow exponentially in the past few years, and we know this is just the beginning for her. Chelsea’s attention to detail, thoughtful insight and patient demeanor has helped numerous customers, making her a valuable team member. Any client that works with her can feel at ease and know they are in good hands. Here are her thoughts:
What you like about working for Fourlane:
In my previous career path, I worked for several years in healthcare at a prominent healthcare facility located in the Midwest, before transplanting to Texas. I inherently enjoy being a caregiver. Each day at Fourlane affords new challenges, and opportunities for problem solving, and I have realized that most importantly, I still care for people: our clients.
One of our core values is to always provide a solution. I am able to do that by assisting business owners, CEOs and core accounting staff determine ways to improve their practice. For me, discovering how someone started their business, the invention that propelled them to “Shark Tank” fame overnight, or the 75 year old family owned business that is ready to move to ERP…being a part of the client’s journey to securing the solution they have been struggling to find or fix for years… that is the best part of my job.
What would you want people to know about us?
First and foremost Fourlane is all about taking care of the client. Our company and culture is built on the foundation of what our founder and CEO Marjorie Adams started over ten years ago. Listening, trusting and always putting the client first illustrate our guiding principles. We strive to become a part of our client’s business whether for one engagement or many years to come.
As a company, Fourlane endeavors to be the best each day, not only for our valued customers but our staff members as well. What motivates you to come to work every day?
Our CEO, the partners, consultants and fellow staff members are what continue to motivate me. I’m successful because of the integrity of Fourlane and the people I am surrounded/supported by every single day. Likewise, I am motivated because of our valued customers and their trust and satisfaction in the services we provide them.
Sales comprise a different culture at Fourlane. It is not about simply placing numbers on the board; it’s about fully functioning as a team. Every single seat at Fourlane serves a purpose. That purpose is to work as hard as we can for our clients. So the motivation for me is serving my company, working for the greater good, being even better than the prior day and the gratification of our customers.
