This blog series focused on using technology tools to manage your company. Here are a few other tools we use that make life easier when working long-distance from both staff and clients:
- Intuit Payroll. We recommend QuickBooks Payroll to many of our clients. Its integration with QuickBooks Enterprise manages federal, state and local taxes quickly and easily.
- Electronic signature software. Managing legal documents via mail for HR purposes and client agreements can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Signature Capture tools like DocuSign integrate directly with QuickBooks and QuickBase, and extends our remote work capabilities to allow us to store files quickly and easily by adding signatures to receipts, invoices or other documentation.
- Formstack. This online form tool allows us to create custom online forms. They improve conversion rates, have comprehensive social media plugins, are mobile responsive and provide analytics.
Technology is not only our business; it’s our passion. While our day-to-day projects have always revolved around Intuit products, we stay familiar with technology that meets the various needs of our clients and helps improve their automation and productivity. For ourselves, having staff around the country means we have our own unique business requirements that can only be solved by technology.
